Registration Guideline

All participants are required to register and pay a registration fee. The registration fee includes admission to all scientific and exhibition sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks, conference bag and abstract book.
Participants are encouraged to register for the KHUPO 16th Annual International Proteomics Conference by March 13th, 2016 to take advantage of the reduced fee. (On-site registration: higher than the pre-registration)

Registration begins Feb. 25th, 2016 via http://2016.khupo.org. For those who do not register in advance, on-site registration is available starting on Mar 28-29, 2016 at Grand Ballroom(2F), Daejeon Convention Center, Daejeon, Korea

Definition of Student

A student must be enrolled in education up to Ph.D. level and have a valid student card. If you register as a student, please bring your student card when you pick up your name tag. You can not apply for student registration without proving that you are a student.

Discount for KHUPO Members

The KHUPO members can receive a discount when applying for the registration. You can check whether you are a KHUPO member at the pre-registration stage or KHUPO website (www.khupo.org). Questions regarding the members discount can be sent to KHUPO.

Payment

All the participants are required to register and pay a registration fee by bank transfer or credit card.

Confirmation and Receipt

After you register for the KHUPO 16th Annual International Proteomics Conference, you will receive a confirmation notice via e-mail. Please submit your email address when you register for the conference, and bring your confirmation notice and identification at the time of check-in.

Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation will be accepted by Mar 18th, 2016. A refund with 50% charge will be made to any person canceling their registration prior to Mar 18th, 2016. No refunds will be given for cancellation after this date.
